BIOGRAPHY
Advocate Guy Gissin, LL.B. (Tel Aviv University), is married to Sigal Russak Gissin, a father of five, and Major (res.).
Guy is a graduate of the Israeli Naval Academy, and Commanding Officer (res.) of “Davor” army vessel.
Until the establishment of the firm in 1994, Guy was partner at the Zaltzman & Co. law firm.
MAIN PRACTICE AREAS
Guy specializes in commercial law, securities, corporate law, insolvency, debt arrangements and commercial litigation.
In the past decade, Guy has been involved in complex debt arrangements and dissolution in the Israeli capital market. His personal involvement allowed the setting of significant legal precedents.
Guy has been appointed personally by the court and creditors as a position holder in many corporations that have become insolvent.
Guy has been working pro bono, as a legal advisor for Young Entrepreneurs (Israel) for over 20 years. He is a lecturer at the Netanya Academic College and a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Business and Community Relations of the Netanya Academic College
