Tzvi is a Partner in the Commercial Litigation Department of the firm.

MAIN PRACTICE AREAS

Tvi specializes in monetary claims of large-scale, disputes regarding the validity of trademarks, internet lawsuits, commercial wrongs, intellectual property – claims for various operative remedies, libel suits, Liability of officers of the Company vis-à-vis creditors, manufacturer-supplier claims.

In addition, Zvi has experience in drafting agreements and conducting negotiations in the field of intellectual property on the part of the Manufactures and the various users (Production Agreements, Distribution of rights-based products, etc.).
