BIOGRAPHY
Yoel is a Senior Partner and Heads the Litigation practice of the firm which is constantly ranked as top tier in Israel.
The author of Temporary and Immediate Reliefs in Business Litigation (Ronen publishing house), which deals with temporary injunctions as a decisive tool in business disputes. The book is often quoted or serves as a reference in court’s rulings.
Yoel contributed the Israeli chapter of LITIGATION to the LEGAL 500 Comparative Guide 2020.
Yoel lectures on the fields of Corporate Litigation and Civil Procedure at Judges and Attorneys continuing education programs and Directors Training Programs.
