Yael is a Partner and is the Head of the Corporate and Finance Department of the firm.

Yael handles bondholder’s debt settlements, international restructuring and insolvency cases, finance and M&A transactions.

Yael specializes in finance and securities transactions, including refinancing and financial distress and acquisition of means of control, and in cross border transactions and restructuring proceedings.
